GOOD START FOR THE ATLANTA BRAVES

The Braves weren't supposed to be good in 2018. They didn't have the pitching, and the offense was weak, experts said. Well after 8 games, headed into the rubber match today in Denver against the Rockies, the Braves sit at 5-3 and have given fans hope.

They lead the major leagues in runs scored, batting average, and on-base percentage. That's outstanding, especially considering this wasn't supposed to happen. Let's hope the Braves can keep it up, have a great 2018 campaign, AND make the playoffs.
